Firm History

Established in 1991 with original offices in the World Trade Center, the firm\'s focus was at first exclusively on criminal defense.  While continuing to specialize in areas such as DWI, white collar, narcotics and sex/violent offences, the focus was expanded to include personal injury, commercial litigation and employment discrimination matters.  Over the years, Mr. Carbonaro has represented thousands of persons in need of experienced counsel and has acted as lead counsel in trials of all matters.  The record of success in trials is outstanding and his policy is to be very aggressive in virtually all cases.  The firm is now located in midtown Manhattan on Madison Avenue, near Grand Central Station.
